There is joy and expectation in the family now that you are about to give birth to the little bundle of joy. You must have received positive feedback from your health care provider. Everything seems to be perfect. But somewhere there is some nagging fear which is experienced by every pregnant women I.E. what if things go wrong?

Miscarriage during pregnancy is one of the most common problems. This usually happens during the initial four months of pregnancy. Nausea is another very common problem that is faced by most pregnant women. It is mostly experienced during the first three months of pregnancy. It is not something to worry about though it is uncomfortable. Though there are cases when the nausea is very severe and it is hard to keep down even water. Again, even though it is not some thing to worry about yet it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Another very common problem that is experienced during pregnancy is spotting. Though it seems to be very frightening, it is also very common. It is mostly experienced during the first two months of pregnancy. It is nothing but shedding a drop of brown or pink blood during the pregnancy period. However, incase you are shedding red blood and its heavy flow or you are beginning to pass tissues or heavy clots then it is important that you seek medical help immediately.

It is during the later stages that the problems arise which are more common like back aches, fatigue and heartburn. Though it may cause pain and misery, it is all normal and lasts only for a short period of time.

At the end of this all, one thing that you need to remember is that you are not alone. It is something that is faced by every pregnant woman and is normal.
