Method:

First of all take the oil in a pan and let it be hot, then add mustard seeds, onions and boiled vegetables in it. Then add suji in it and fry. When suji becomes light brown, then add either 1 glass of buttermilk or water and keep stirring it. Then you can decorate it with coriander leaves.

This suji upma becomes very lumpy as it becomes cold, so it is better to cook when your baby is ready to eat. This dish is full of nutritions and is also easy to chew and digest. But this recipe should be given when your baby gets the age between 9 to 10 months.
