Pregnancy is a beautiful feeling which gives you power to beget a new being. But unfortunately it also has its aftermaths. - Have a relaxed walk with your spouse or your friends and share each and every tender moment with them.
- Ask your husband to share responsibility of your baby. Teach him to take care of your little being and other various ways of handling things like nappy change, feeding or taking your baby for a walk. He will surely enjoy his fatherhood in a beautiful manner.
- Drink lots of water and fresh juices. Try to avoid juices that are canned and contain preservatives.
- Hang out with your friends or partner. Enjoy every thing and do whatever you crave for.
- Give your husband, off and on, a charge of helping the baby in sleeping. Let your husband to help the baby catch her nap.
- Enrol yourself in yoga and meditation classes. They are extremely beneficial and are considered as best solutions for fighting stress and physical pain.
- Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies that fulfil your vitamins and nutritional demands.
- Listen to good music that helps you to feel good. Studies have shown that good music also help in lessening a labour pain or any other physical pain.
